Rooted in the local culture of Sun Moon Lake, this packaging series combines Thao legends with Yuchi Township’s renowned black tea heritage. Through printmaking-inspired illustrations, the design transforms regional landscapes, indigenous stories, and tea culture into a distinctive visual narrative, making each package a medium for sharing the stories of the land.
Execution
The three packages are individually distinctive yet designed to connect into a continuous panoramic composition when displayed together, enhancing both storytelling and collectibility. Printmaking-inspired textures and a rich, nature-driven color palette further express the cultural depth and craftsmanship behind Sun Moon Lake tea.
